Global Customer Service Representative

**Job Overview:**
A global manufacturing company, Leoni Ag, is seeking an experienced Global Customer Service Representative to join their team in Mexico. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a top employer committed to further development, intercultural exchange, and innovation.
Estimated Salary:$80,000 - $110,000 per year
**Responsibilities:**- Coordinate day-to-day operations between Advanced Delivery Center (ADC), customers, LEONI production facilities, and third-party logistics.
- Process customer orders in the ERP system of the principal company, analyze customer schedules against agreed contracts, including capacity and flexibility agreements, and negotiate potential solutions for deviations.
- Monitor availability of required finished goods at ADC and initiate emergency measures if required.
- Support the dispatch process and outbound truck planning at ADC.
- Ensure accuracy of FG inventory in the ERP system of the principal company, support cycle counting and stock take process at ADC.
- Track ADC FG excess stock and take necessary actions to reduce it.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Engineering.
- Customer service/planning experience (automotive industry preferred).
- Proficiency in MS-Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks in multiple work streams, and work effectively in an international team.
