Customer Experience Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Strategist to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our Premier Enterprise organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive customer success and satisfaction.
This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Analyzing customer data and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
- Designing and implementing customized solutions to meet customer needs
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years of experience in a technical or customer-facing role
- Strong understanding of service management, operational support, and customer experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for growth
In return, we offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
The ideal candidate will be based in Mexico City and must be willing to work remotely part-time. This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek.
