Global Yo Customer Success Advocate

The Global Yo Customer Success Representative plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with our valued customers. As the primary point of contact, your main objective is to ensure utmost satisfaction with our Global YO products and services by delivering exceptional customer service support and addressing any concerns that may arise.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic service issues efficiently.
- Provide expert assistance regarding our company's products or services.
- Stay up-to-date with updates and changes within Global Yo.
- Effectively track and resolve tickets.
- Educate and escalate various issues to the relevant teams.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably via chat and in the tech industry.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Zendesk.
- The ability to explain complex technical information clearly and simply.
- Good written communication skills, with a WPM (words per minute) of at least 40.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- The ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and multitask effectively.
- An analytical and process-oriented approach.
- The ability to learn new software and services quickly.
- Attention to detail.
