Sales Director LATAM

DroneShield is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join its team as a Sales Director or Sales Manager, depending on experience, to drive growth and expansion in the LATAM region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the defence or security sector, with a focus on smaller system integrator experience.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy for the LATAM region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and qualifying leads
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
- Conduct sales calls, demos, and presentations to showcase DroneShield's products and services
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
- 5-15 years of sales experience, preferably in the defence or security sector
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on smaller system integrator experience
- Strong understanding of the LATAM market and its dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
