Job Description:

The Customer Success Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers within the Salesforce ecosystem. As a trusted advisor, you will provide exceptional customer service, technical expertise, and strategic guidance to drive business outcomes and maximize the value of our customers' Salesforce investments.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with customers to understand their business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement customized solutions to address customer needs and drive business outcomes.
  • Provide timely and proactive Salesforce feature guidance and support.
  • Act as a single point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
  • Cultivate and maintain stakeholder relationships with customer IT and business executive leadership.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience in Technical Customer Success, Customer Success Management, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, marketing automation, personalization, advertising, and/or marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce product suite and features, capabilities, best use, and how to deploy.
