Customer Success Director Leader

We're looking for a seasoned Customer Success Director to spearhead our customer success strategies at Graphite Growth, Inc. As a key member of our team, you'll develop and execute comprehensive customer success initiatives that drive value for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a customer success strategy aligned with our company goals.
- Lead a high-performing Customer Success team, mentoring its growth and advocating for customers across the organization.
- Foster strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive product improvements that enhance long-term customer satisfaction.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize processes and ensure efficiency in driving customer success.
Requirements:
- +5 years of experience in customer success (or a related role) within a SaaS environment.
- Demonstrable experience in building and scaling successful customer success, professional services, or support functions.
- The ability to develop and execute strategic plans that achieve customer success goals, aligning them with our company's overall business objectives.
