About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative Team Lead to join our Italian Market team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for helping in the recruitment and training process of new SDRs, managing the team, and making decisions based on key performance indicators (KPIs) to boost productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and train new SDRs
  • Manage the team of SDRs for the Italian market
  • Make decisions based on KPIs to boost productivity
  • Support the team in reaching their goals through ongoing sales training and skill development
  • Motivate the team and provide continuous feedback
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers, AEs, Marketing & Partner Managers on unified account prospecting strategy
  • Create a fun and high-energy work environment
  • Maintain consistency in hitting individual and team MRR and demo targets
  • Work with Sales Ops and Sales Enablement teams to implement proper techniques and tools training
  • Provide feedback to AEs Team leaders and the Sales director on team performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a B2B sales manager
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Data-oriented with the ability to make rational decisions based on data
  • Proactive and motivated
  • Lead by example with strong sales capabilities and goal achievement
  • Passionate about technology and sales
  • Knowledge of the HR industry is valuable
  • Knowledge of Hubspot is a strong plus
