Kohler Co is seeking a highly experienced Mexico TA Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts.

About the Role

As Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for managing and coaching a team of recruiters, operations specialists, and coordinators in executing a timely recruiting process and ensuring a gracious candidate experience. You will partner directly with HR and business leaders to ensure that talent acquisition is aligned with business priorities and exceeds hiring targets.

You will also assist in identifying, developing, and measuring successful working relationships with local recruiting partners, manage recruitment budgets, and analyze trends, conduct research, report findings, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 8-10 years of experience leading a talent acquisition team, with at least 2 years focused on high-volume manufacturing recruitment. You should have fluency in both Spanish and English and be able to travel 20%+ of the time to Kohler facilities across Mexico.

A Bachelor's degree, corporate/in-house recruiting experience, and experience working in a multi-region TA COE are preferred qualifications. You should also have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as experience making data-driven decisions.
