About the Role:
As a Sales Manager at Michael Page International México Reclutamiento Especializado S.A. De C.V, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the Technology & Telecoms sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the technology and telecoms industry.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
- Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
- Report regularly on sales performance and activities to senior management.
Requirements:
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in a sales management role within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Strong business acumen and market knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer:
- An attractive salary package with an estimated range of 900,000 - 1,100,000 MXN yearly.
