About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team at Freudenberg. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our portfolio of products and services to current and new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans
  • Provide technical support and training to customers to ensure successful adoption of our products and services
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in a technical field, with a strong understanding of business and financial principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
