Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a Human Resources Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and contributing to the development and administration of human resources policies and procedures. You will also be actively involved in the joint strategic leadership of Division issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction and guidance to all levels of employees on HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and adherence to company standards.
  • Actively participate as a functional manager on business teams, ensuring human resources is an integral part of the business strategy.
  • Keep employees, managers, general managers, and leadership members advised on changes and updates to HR policies and procedures.
  • Play an integral part in the facility Employee Insights results through integrating cultural values in the day-to-day business activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve company goals.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations affecting human resources and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of human resources job-related experience.
  • Good knowledge in labor relations, employee benefits, compensation, employment practices, employee development, and training.
  • Experience in union negotiations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills are required in order to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or persuade others inside and outside the department to take specific actions.
  • English Advanced.
  • 6 sigma experienced.
  • Data Analytics knowledge.
  • Continuous improvement driven.
