Main Responsibilities

  • Align with SAP strategy to develop and drive SAP Enterprise Support (ES) & SAP Enterprise Support Cloud Edition (ESCE) portfolio, guidance, and scale delivery to help customers with their SAP transformation journey.

  • Design scalable, modern, self-consumable ES & ESCE foundational content to support customers' business objectives and adoption of SAP solutions.
  • Manage the creation and curation of ES & ESCE foundational content, ensuring consistency across solutions and offerings.
  • Actively seek opportunities to collaborate across teams to improve the ES & ESCE portfolio and the overall customer experience.
  • Co-innovate and pilot with customers to ensure content and formats remain cutting-edge.
  • Provide advisory & guidance to customers through ES & ESCE foundational offerings on a scalable delivery platform.
  • Raise awareness of SAP ES portfolio & offerings with customers and across SAP; champion our achievements and customer success.

About the Role

  • We're looking for a self-motivated, self-driven, curious, open-minded, and flexible professional with functional knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Management solutions.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, internally and externally, with appropriate discretion where required.
