About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in technical sales roles, particularly in maintenance and repair services, material testing, cloud services, financial services, security, sanitation, logistics, and transportation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling relevant services.
- Proactively generate leads from outside the current customer base, creating new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences, ensuring that our solutions meet their requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, lead generation, and sales performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical sales roles, preferably in maintenance and repair services, material testing, cloud services, financial services, security, sanitation, logistics, and transportation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer needs and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
