Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales/service and/or business plans to achieve commercial and business objectives.
  • Train field and sales representatives/account managers in solution-selling skills to sell at good profit margins.
  • Assist sales and field representatives in bringing a full-sales service package to dealers and end-users.
  • Act as liaison between the company and field representatives, facilitating business processes and resolving problems.
  • Achieve sales goals and lead the selling process, identifying customers and sales channel management, with profit and loss responsibility.
  • Manage DSO control and may have supervisory responsibility.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 5-7 years of extensive and successful sales experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent customer service, presentation, problem-solving, analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical electrical systems and material handling.
  • Basic math ability and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Estimated Salary

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

This position requires working in a plant/warehouse environment, exposing you to varying working conditions.
