About KontempoOur financial technology software empowers the growth of Mexican industry by enabling manufacturing, distribution, and wholesale companies to offer financing to their clients, increasing sales while eliminating the risk of offering credit.
Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Sales Growth Specialist to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and customer relationship management, with a focus on generating new clients and driving growth in the industrial sector.
Main Responsibilities:- Identify New Business Opportunities: Identify potential clients aligned with Kontempo's short-term and long-term commercial strategy.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with potential clients, emphasizing Kontempo's value proposition to various stakeholders, including CEOs, CFOs, and Commercial Directors.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Propose and execute ideas, plans, and initiatives to meet sales objectives within the assigned scope.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Sales Process Oversight: Oversee outbound and inbound prospecting processes, ensuring organizational goals are met.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings, providing feedback from the prospecting area.
- Proven Sales Track Record: Over 5 years of proven success in sales within financial services, information technology, or enterprise software, consistently surpassing quotas.
- Tech Sales Experience: Extensive experience selling technology services or SaaS to large enterprises and leading outbound sales teams.
- CRM Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM systems to optimize sales processes and performance tracking.
- Linguistic Abilities: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation abilities in both Spanish and English, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills, capable of transforming insights into strategic initiatives. Creative thinker with an innovative approach to solving complex challenges.
- Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Risk, Product, Engineering, and Operations, to achieve organizational goals.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
