About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Nasdaq, Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff and work collaboratively to resolve.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product releases and features to provide expert guidance to clients.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and other documentation to improve customer support processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical customer support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
