Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Retail Solutions Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and Route-To-Market for Smart Retail solutions in Latin American markets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute aggressive customer acquisition campaigns in Latin America to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Articulate practical solutions for Smart Retail and demonstrate ability to address customer pain points at a high level.
  • Maintain trusted executive-level client relationships and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Lenovo's solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide end-to-end solutions that address customer requirements.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the Digital Workplace Solutions and DaaS space.
Key Qualifications
  • 7+ years of Retail Solutions Sales Experience.
  • Solution Selling experience.
  • Excellent communication, both oral and written, and polished presentation skills.
  • Strong prioritization skills, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines.
  • Understanding of industry trends, priorities, challenges, and market opportunities.
