Role Overview

This position is responsible for overseeing customer training and implementing strategies to maximize usage, satisfaction, and return on investment (ROI) from Clarivate products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and the ability to identify early indicators of account risk, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, with at least 5 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and a background in academic libraries, government, or higher education is strongly preferred. Additional qualifications include experience using a Customer Success software platform, such as Salesforce.com or Gainsight, and the ability to effectively interact at all levels of an organization and secure delivery of commitments.

Key Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of this position include becoming a trusted advocate/advisor to customers, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and driving growth by securing existing business and identifying expansion opportunities across the range of products and services offered by Clarivate. This includes providing high-level governance and operational oversight, establishing and maintaining effective internal working relationships, and conducting regular business reviews to ensure progress against documented goals, priorities, and success criteria.

The A & G Customer Success team sits within the Revenue organization, comprised of colleagues across the Americas and the globe who are passionate about helping higher education institutions and libraries achieve their goals. As a valued member of this team, you will contribute to creating a best-in-class customer experience, share knowledge in areas of expertise, and provide input to leadership on areas of potential improvement.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, and a hybrid working schedule that balances remote and in-office work.
