Electrification Business Account Strategist

The Electrification Business Account Strategist develops, implements, and updates the account strategy for OEM's and System Integrators at the Bajio Region. This role coordinates sales activities, creating added value for customers and ABB, with a focus on increasing market share, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
This position reports directly to the Area Sales Manager.
Responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing account plans and growth strategies
• Defining sales targets and ensuring follow-up processes
• Providing solutions that meet volume, mix, and profitability targets
• Monitoring competitor activity and taking appropriate action
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering is required, along with five years of experience in similar positions. The ideal candidate must be living or relocating to the Bajio zone, Mexico. Additionally, they should have experience in Electrification Projects, Medium Voltage Products, Infrastructure projects, knowledge of standards and international regulations (IEC and NEMA), and electrophysic equipment. Advanced English skills and good communication skills are necessary, as well as self-driven individuals available for travel (50%).
