About the Role:

MX006 Mercer Human Resource Consulting S.A. de Cv is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Lead to join our team in México City. As an Administrative Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support to our consultants and COO's, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to our consultants and COO's, including project management, document preparation, and marketing presentation support.
  • Lead and manage a team of administrative assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of administrative tasks.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and perform other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in administrative, hospitality, or customer service roles, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership position.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • English proficiency and excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of CRM systems.
