Sales Account Manager

Sanhua International is seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to drive business growth and customer satisfaction in the Automotive Business unit. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong understanding of the automotive industry and its dynamics.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure highest level of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies, including product development and marketing initiatives.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure Sanhua International remains a leader in the automotive industry.
**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience in the automotive industry, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong technical understanding of CRM systems and ability to analyze data to inform sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
