The Role
The Enterprise Accounts Customer Success Manager will maintain and strengthen strategic relationships with key leaders and decision makers in merchant organizations. They will partner with Account Executives to drive business, addressing product roadblocks to optimize multiple PayPal products and mitigate merchant churn.
This role requires identifying organic revenue opportunities and potential growth areas for PayPal, working closely with Account Executives. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to merchants, managing customer relationships for those exceeding their current value to PayPal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and strengthening strategic relationships with key leaders and decision-makers in merchant organizations.
- Partnering with Account Executives to drive business growth.
- Addressing product roadblocks to optimize the use of multiple PayPal products.
- Mitigating merchant churn by proactively addressing issues.
- Identifying organic revenue opportunities and potential growth areas for PayPal.
