About the Role

Amdocs Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Office (PMO) Professional to join our team. As a PMO Professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and programs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain holistic program/project plans, covering all aspects of the program, including deployment, give and get, etc.
  • Ensure accurate project planning, task ownership, and execution alignment with the charter to meet critical metrics and planned results.
  • Provide an integrative view and analysis of project aspects within the program to enable informed decision-making.
  • Capture and disseminate information to all partners, highlighting trends and potential deviations from project and program plans.
  • Support program and project governance, performing project audits and reviews, and extracting lessons-learned.
  • Prepare risk management reports and statuses, identifying and highlighting risks, and developing contingency plans.
  • Implement effective and auditable methods for areas under the Project Management Office's responsibility and deploy project management tools and standard methodologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics, or equivalent.
  • Experience working with project methodology and management, PMO processes (e.g., scheduling, budget management).
  • Understanding of software development lifecycles, particularly Agile.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with various levels of staff.
  • Experience working as a PMO in a software/IT/Telco organization is an advantage.
  • Resourcefulness and ownership of work.
