Cloud Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Service Operations Manager to oversee Infor Managed Services (IMS) agreements, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Act as primary point of contact between customers, partners, and Infor departments
- Schedule, facilitate, and monitor operational activities for IMS contracts
- Monitor project implementation and provide comprehensive updates on overall support and/or implementation progress
- Escalate critical issues to prevent service degradation
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- ERP experience with SaaS/Cloud solutions
- Prior customer management skills
- Written/verbal English communication and presentation skills
- Experience working in a matrixed environment
- ITIL Certification
Familiarity with implementation and support experience in ERP and/or SaaS is an asset. Experience working with key technology partners and vendors is also desirable.

CompensationThe estimated salary for this position is approximately $85,000-$110,000 per year, based on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
