Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team in designing and managing customized customer experiences. This involves creating tailored presentations and partnering with stakeholders to identify and organize complex briefings. Your primary goal will be to deliver strategic insights and opportunities for improvement to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Design and manage customized customer experiences and briefings
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and organize complex briefings
- Manage briefings focused on strategic accounts, large revenue deals, and major relationship opportunities
- Provide active management throughout the briefing process
- Deliver post-briefing analysis of insights and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements in the customer welcome center
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- Industry, sales, channel, and/or project management experience a plus
- In-depth knowledge of marketing fundamentals, products, services, and solution lifecycles
- Working knowledge of industry and customer segments
- Familiarity with partner management and excellent written/oral communication skills
