This role involves providing general L1 support for hardware and MS Office packages, answering technical support calls, and documenting troubleshooting steps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to senior technicians when necessary.
  • Document all interactions with customers, including troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced English language skills.
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Ability to work 45 hours per week, including afternoon and night shifts.
