About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk Associate to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. As a Helpdesk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- General L1 support for hardware and MS Office packages
- Advance technical support for in-house applications and developments
- Answer technical support calls, provide, and escalate to other support groups
- Provide support based on email-generated requests or reports
- Document troubleshooting steps and detailed descriptions of customer incidents and requests
- Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions to correct failures
Requirements:
- Availability to work 45 hours per week
- Interest in working on Afternoon/Night shifts
- Advanced English language proficiency
- 6 months of experience in Customer Service
