We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales Performance Analyst to join our team at Colgate. Main Responsibilities
  • Sales Data Management: Handle the management of Sell-In and Sell-Out information to ensure accurate and up-to-date data.
  • Reporting: Generate daily sales reports to monitor performance effectively and identify areas for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Update internal controls for Budget, May LE, and September LE to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Database Management: Create and maintain a database of doctors categorized by specialty, cities, and number of doors to support sales efforts.
  • Route Optimization: Maintain and update sales reps' routes to ensure optimal efficiency and maximize sales potential.
  • Sales Analysis: Conduct monthly analyses by area and catalog to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Distribution Reporting: Develop a national numeric distribution report to assess market penetration and inform business decisions.
  • Promotion Analysis: Analyze monthly and quarterly promotions and track new product penetration to optimize sales strategies.
  • Investment Tracking: Monitor investments, particularly those involving special investments in doctors, and measure ROI to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • KAM Support: Provide specialized analysis support to Key Account Managers to enhance their sales efforts and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree: In Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least +1 years of functional experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Proficient in Excel and Google Suite, experience handling large databases, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Soft Skills: Proactive and eager to learn, high level of integrity and professionalism, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, adaptable and open to feedback for continuous improvement.
