We are seeking a Sales Effectiveness Analyst to contribute to our sales enablement and effectiveness efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of strategic sales force effectiveness plans to increase product adoption rates and accelerate sales growth.
- Apply knowledge of innovative sales strategies and learning techniques to design sales productivity tools and enablement resources.
- Analyze sales systems and models to inform the adaptation of various models and contribute to implementing sales performance initiatives.
- Develop key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of sales processes and training programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree completed
- 2+ years of analytical experience in consumer goods, pharma, retail, or others
- Solid communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Advanced English level
