Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our team at North American Production Sharing. In this role, you will be responsible for helping customers navigate our website, creating custom designs, and ensuring accurate order processing.
Responsibilities:
- Create competitive quotes for customer orders.
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and our departments to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers in a timely manner to meet their sales and service needs.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a quick learning ability, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. If you have a background in sales or customer service, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements:
- Prior experience with custom manufacturing is a plus.
- Bilingual English proficiency is required (80-90%+).
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of CRM software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
