Role Summary

We are looking for a sales representative to drive sales growth and commercial success in our Convenience, Distributors, and Modern Trade channels. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for analyzing market dynamics and customer needs to develop actionable plans, collaborating with customers to align and negotiate commercial plans, and ensuring flawless execution at the point of sale (POS).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for product rotation and market growth
• Conduct customer visits to gather feedback and enhance product rotation
• Negotiate trading volumes and monitor compliance with sales targets
• Implement POS strategies to drive sales growth
• Collaborate with business areas to align priorities and develop commercial plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• +2 years of business experience in CPG Companies (desirable)
• Specific experience managing field sales and third-party merchandising
• Knowledge of local market dynamics, Modern Trade key customers, and Proximity Channel & HFS (Distributors)
• Proven negotiation and operational discipline skills
• Intermediate English level
