**About the Role**
This is an opportunity to gain a great internship experience by joining the BSO Service Desk department at The LEGO Group.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Follow up Service Now Tickets
- Support Live channels (Phone / Chat and E-mail)
- Collaborate closely with Level 2 teams to ensure proper communication
**Requirements**
- Education: from 6th semester and above
- Proactive, responsible, and self-driven
- Knowledge of Office tools specially Excel and Power Point and a plus if any SAP, Workday
- Good at working individually but also with a team
- Great communications written and oral both in Spanish and English
- Passionate for customer service and with a strong service and customer driven mindset
