Key Responsibilities

  • Promote the Vendor Management strategy and sourcing models within Nestlé IT LATAM.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including IT Leadership, IT resource management, product management, procurement, Global Procurement, IT Finance, OCIO transversal teams, strategic partners, and vendors.
  • Leverage global contracts, improvements, and the selection of appropriate service delivery models.
  • Determine the IT criteria for partner selection, support the procurement selection process, and the scope-related part of the negotiation for large and complex contracts.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly operational reviews with strategic partners.
  • Raise sourcing requests and participate in RFPs, vendor selection, CAC Reviews, etc.
  • Support Product Managers/FRMs in the collection of requirements and service integration mapping through sharing of best practices and reusable Statement of Work elements and in identifying existing reusable contracts or services.
  • Track and report vendor spend and financial targets and GR invoices and approve deliverables.

Required Profile

  • IT related Bachelor's Degree.
  • Fluent English conversational skills.
  • 7+ years of experience managing vendors, vendor performance, and vendor SLAs with 3 of those years managing internal and external stakeholders in collaboration with executives.
  • 5+ years of IT experience and understanding of technology acumen.
  • Experience in effective communication at different levels in the organization.
