**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for working closely with sales, manufacturing sites, and customer service teams to identify and mitigate supply and capacity challenges in the North America region.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze and assess chip allocation between manufacturing sites and customers to ensure accurate revenue forecasting.
- Identify risks and opportunities related to invoicing and inventory levels to provide informed recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with account managers and customer service teams to audit and refine the sales forecast, ensuring it remains accurate and realistic.
- Monitor current production levels, upside/downside orders, and adjust the forecast tools accordingly to guarantee materials and capacity availability.
- Stay updated on chip migration and end-of-life information from technical consultants, product managers, and sourcing teams to ensure informed decision-making.
- Present various scenarios to the Business Unit SVP, explaining the differences between previous forecasts and providing expert recommendations.
- Prepare and share the Sales Revenue file, schedule Sales Forecast Review meetings with Sales Managers, and present the Sales Demand Planning Review (SDPR) to the Sales VP.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Relations, or a related field.
- Intermediate-advanced proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft tools.
- Strong data analysis skills, business acumen, and ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Prior experience in demand management or planning is a plus.
**Salary Estimate:** We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
