Red Bull Sales teams son responsables de garantizar que siempre esté disponible el producto Red Bull en cualquier lugar del mundo. Esto se logra a través de dos equipos de ventas orientados a canales: Off Premise y On Premise.

Los "Musketeers" han sido los principales generadores de pruebas y encendedores, creando espíritus afines en el entorno On Premise, como bares, restaurantes, eventos, clubes y hospedaje. Como rostro de la marca y consultor indispensable en su territorio On Premise, son responsables de identificar oportunidades comerciales en nuevos escenarios On Premise para aprovechar la imagen de la marca y impulsar tanto las ventas actuales como futuras del portafolio de productos Red Bull.

Negociación

">

Negocie acuerdos de partners ganar-ganar que agreguen valor tanto a la empresa Red Bull como al negocio de sus clientes. Utilice sus habilidades impresionantes de comunicación, ventas y marketing para mantener a Red Bull como número uno On Premise. Mida el éxito mediante el seguimiento riguroso, análisis y informe de desempeño y áreas de crecimiento y oportunidad.

Ejecución

">

Impulsa y expande la empresa identificando las ocasiones de ventas y marketing adecuadas en las cuales Red Bull debería estar presente (marca, producto). Ofrezca excelencia con la imagen de marca premium de Red Bull en todas las actividades y ejecuciones.

Rrelaciones

">

Establezca y cultive relaciones con influyentes clave, jugadores del sector e interlocutores empresariales (incluyendo, pero no limitándose a, propietarios/managers de establecimientos, personal de bar, socios de distribución, promotores, agencias, etc.). Crea y mantiene colaboraciones a largo plazo con partes interesadas clave.

Requisitos

">

Experiencia en ventas y marketing preferida. Experiencia previa en la industria de hostelería, noche de vida y/o FMCG preferida. Conocimiento básico del mercado y integración en la comunidad local On Premise es beneficioso. Motivado por sí mismo y capacidad de trabajar independientemente en un entorno energético, rápido y basado en el campo. Estratégico, innovador, consciente comercialmente (muestra comprensión de procesos de ventas y finanzas). Habilidades de planificación, priorización y organización fuertes. Habilidad analítica fuerte (analiza datos de ventas y de clientes). Asequible. Entendiendo todas las comunidades locales - sea sabio y alcance a todos sin importar raza, género o religión.

Ajusta la presentación según audiencia. Comunicación excelente, hábitos de escucha activa y capacidad de negociación.

El salario estimado para este cargo es entre $60.000 y $80.000 anuales dependiendo de la ubicación y la experiencia del candidato.
