Employee Relations Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Analyst 2 to join our team at Citi. This is an exciting opportunity for a developing professional to apply specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data.
This role requires the ability to identify policy gaps and formulate policies, interpret data and make recommendations, research and interpret factual information, and identify inconsistencies in data or results. The successful candidate will also develop working knowledge of industry practices and standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provides advice and facilitates high risk dispute resolution and disciplinary decisions relating to significant matters involving violations of the Code of Conduct.
- Develops and implements workplace policies, programs and enhancements to maintain competitive advantage and increase employee engagement.
- Monitors legislation impacting employers and decides necessary modifications to existing practices.
- Provides advanced direction and consulting services to HR and management on a diverse range of complex, sensitive and/or high risk HR issues across multiple regions.
- Responds to inquiries from internal/external entities, fair employment practices agency charges and litigation.
- Maintains employee information that is accurate, meets the organization's legal obligations, and assists in human resource management and planning.
The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years relevant experience and a Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience. We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
