About the Role:

Tinuiti (Mexico) is seeking a highly skilled Client Partner Account Associate to join our team. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for supporting cross-division client communication, projects, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all cross-division processes as it relates to internal/external communication, integrated planning, integrated deliverables & knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure & facilitate cross-channel planning for new client relationships, new campaigns, or new strategies developed internally or brought to us by the client.
  • Support internal team with cross-channel budget pacing & tracking by QA'ing, updating, and monitoring the monthly budget pacing documents.
  • Utilize planning tools to gather research related to competitive, industry trends, and audience insights.
  • Assist in deck creation for client presentations (QBRs, Monthly/Campaign Recaps, Plan recommendations, etc.) building content as well as ensuring that formatting, grammar, and flow of content are accurate and on-brand.
  • Help identify changes in performance and/or pacing trends to review with internal & external teams.
  • Proactively assist larger channel team to provide POV to clients on industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of digital marketing work experience.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels and how they work together (SEM, SEO, CRO, Social, Shopping, Display, etc.).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with data.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and peers.
  • Effective time management and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Slides).
