About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated and motivated Product Led Sales Associate Account Executive to join our team in Mexico City, Mexico. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for managing the complete sales process and driving revenue growth in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline
  • Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, & developers
  • Become a product expert and understand all components of MongoDB
  • Manage your time efficiently
  • Work with self-service MongoDB accounts to grow consumption of MongoDB Atlas
  • Partner with our Solution Architects and work closely with the Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in our sales enablement trainings, including our comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, sophisticated sales training, and leadership and development programs
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of field experience in quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market
  • Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and generate qualified pipeline
  • Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Skilled in building business champions
  • Must live in territory (Mexico City)
  • Driven and competitive
  • Possess a strong desire to be successful
  • Familiarity with databases, developers, and open source technology a plus
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese as this role will cover the LatAm territory
