Inside Partner Account Manager

As an Inside Partner Account Manager, you'll play a vital role in establishing and growing our presence within existing and new resellers in the CALA region. Your primary objective will be to increase RUCKUS' revenue, customer base, and market share within your assigned business.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Establish, manage, and grow RUCKUS presence within existing and new Resellers in the CALA region.
- Grow incremental revenue through the management of sales initiatives with designated Resellers.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new or prospective Resellers.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual partner forecast/pipeline and business activity to the RUCKUS sales management team.
- Execute and manage on marketing and promotional campaigns and activity through the Resellers.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Planning Sessions with assigned Resellers.
- Manage CommScope Partner Pro program compliance and benefits with assigned Resellers.
- Interact strongly with the Distribution Account Manager of the region to coordinate activities and campaigns with RUCKUS Distributors.
- Detail-oriented with excellent planning and follow-up skills.
- Displays exceptional personal and business ethics and moral character.
- A completed Bachelor's Degree.
- Proficient in English and Spanish Language (written and spoken).
- High energy and intensity.
- 1-3 years of previous selling experience.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Understanding of RUCKUS solutions, as well as industry trends and competition.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support customer and partner face-to-face meetings.
