We are seeking a skilled Virtual Wellness Coach to join our team at Intellect.

About the Role:

This is a remote, freelance opportunity that allows you to work from anywhere and set your own hours.

About You:

  • You are a passionate fitness professional with experience as a Physical Fitness Trainer.
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
  • You are certified as a Personal Trainer (CPT) or have an equivalent certification from a recognized fitness organization.
  • You possess strong communication skills in English and local language, with the ability to simplify complex fitness concepts.
  • You can produce engaging video and written content.
  • You have an empathetic, client-focused approach with a true passion for helping clients reach their goals.
  • You are tech-savvy and proficient in fitness tracking software, video conferencing, and other relevant digital tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one fitness coaching through video consultations and text-based support on our platform.
  • Tailor fitness programs to each client, adapting to their fitness levels, goals, and any limitations.
  • Collaborate on innovative fitness content and program ideas to enhance our platform's offerings.
  • Build lasting client relationships through clear and supportive communication.
  • Stay current on fitness trends and best practices to continually improve client results.
  • Respond quickly to client questions and feedback to ensure satisfaction and promote client retention.

Requirements:

  • Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
  • You must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
