Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Customer Success Partner team
  • Drive Engagement and Standardization
  • Ensure client managers are supported using standard channels and build long-term trusting relationships with customers
  • Coordinate with One Team Sales to ensure transactional process execution is working as expected
