Customer Success Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Team Leader to join our team at Maersk. As a key member of our Global Service Center, you will be responsible for managing the customer success partner team and supporting the area sales team in managing and growing assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Customer Success Partner team
- Drive Engagement and Standardization
- Ensure client managers are supported using standard channels and build long-term trusting relationships with customers
- Coordinate with One Team Sales to ensure support on transactional process execution
- Drive invoice quality by understanding root causes and correcting issues
- Drive customer Net Promoter Score
- Review customer compliance and provide insights to client managers
- Assign leads for potential new business
- Drive online uptake
- Ensure smooth execution of account management activities to develop customer relationships and promote retention
- Drive Allocation improvements and standardization
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related industry preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success or relevant management experience
- Account management execution/building customer relationships
- Team Management
- Commercial knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
