- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure outsourced teams are prepared to handle inquiries on new products or campaigns, establishing a clear feedback loop for real-time updates.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze data from outsourced teams to identify trends and areas for improvement, integrating customer feedback to address recurring issues and enhance the overall experience.
- You have 15+ years of experience in customer experience management, with a strong analytical mindset and ability to drive process improvements.
- You possess excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
- You stay up-to-date on CRM technology development, including AI, and demonstrate proficiency in data analysis and reporting software such as Tableau, as well as familiarity with project management tools like Asana.
A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience.
