About the Role

MEDIAGENIX is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to drive growth in the LATAM region. As a key member of our Americas sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with channel partners, and leveraging our expertise to offer innovative solutions to media companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, working closely with the Business Development and SDR teams.
  • Develop and manage relationships with channel partners across Mexico, Central, and South America.
  • Leverage MEDIAGENIX's expertise and solutions to offer unique perspectives on channel management, content supply chain, and business strategies.
  • Build and maintain tailored sales strategies, collaborating with pre-sales and solution architects to engage stakeholders and drive decisions.
  • Lead the sales process from discovery to implementation, ensuring consistent revenue targets are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to create long-term account plans, fostering growth and customer satisfaction post-implementation.
  • Regularly conduct account reviews to identify opportunities for deeper engagement and business expansion.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in Enterprise Software or Broadcast Management, CMS, OTT, or similar solutions, with proven success in acquiring new business in Latin America.
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish, with strong English skills. Portuguese is a plus.
  • Based in South Florida or Atlanta, with the ability to work regularly from the South Florida office.
