Job Summary:

Suanfarma, Sa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cosmetics Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the cosmetics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Promotion:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels, including management, purchasing, and logistics.
    • Develop and execute customer offers, samples, and negotiation strategies to drive sales growth.
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales.
  • Push Strategy:
    • Maximize commodity sales and identify new products to drive business growth.
    • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Customer Visits and Meetings:
    • Conduct regular customer visits and meetings to build relationships and identify business opportunities.
    • Develop and implement plans to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Planning and Reporting:
    • Develop and implement plans to drive business growth and development.
    • Use CRM software to track customer interactions and sales performance.
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting:
    • Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets.
    • Identify areas for cost savings and implement strategies to reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy (not mandatory).
  • MBA is a plus.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in the cosmetics sector in Mexico.
  • Experience in cosmetic business development.
  • High negotiation skills and frustration tolerance.
  • Ability to plan and execute business meetings.
  • Strong commercial profile and team worker with autonomy.
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively.
