Job Summary:
Suanfarma, Sa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cosmetics Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the cosmetics sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Promotion:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels, including management, purchasing, and logistics.
- Develop and execute customer offers, samples, and negotiation strategies to drive sales growth.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales.
- Push Strategy:
- Maximize commodity sales and identify new products to drive business growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Customer Visits and Meetings:
- Conduct regular customer visits and meetings to build relationships and identify business opportunities.
- Develop and implement plans to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Planning and Reporting:
- Develop and implement plans to drive business growth and development.
- Use CRM software to track customer interactions and sales performance.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
- Forecasting and Budgeting:
- Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets.
- Identify areas for cost savings and implement strategies to reduce costs.
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy (not mandatory).
- MBA is a plus.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in the cosmetics sector in Mexico.
- Experience in cosmetic business development.
- High negotiation skills and frustration tolerance.
- Ability to plan and execute business meetings.
- Strong commercial profile and team worker with autonomy.
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively.
