Territory Microbiology Sales Specialist

At Hygiena LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Territory Microbiology Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and executing an annual accelerated business growth plan, working closely with the regional sales manager to identify new product launches, pricing management, and organic growth opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
•Market Analysis: Monitor market segments and competitive offerings to adjust tactics and go-to-market strategies to accelerate sales growth.
•Sales Strategy: Work closely with the marketing team, R&D team, and distributor partners to overcome customer obstacles and maintain/gain new business.
•Sales Resource Optimization: Optimize sales resources to most effectively accelerate profitable sales to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals while managing a territory operating budget.
•Customer Relationship Management: Utilize and update the CRM MS 365 platform daily to manage the assigned territory and keep the top 100 accounts current monthly.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Food Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience in the food and beverage processing market or the healthcare market.
Skills and Abilities:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use discretion and independent judgment.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to pay close attention to details.
• Ability to adapt and flex to a changing environment.
• Ability to lift/carry 20 pounds.
Working Conditions:
• The role requires a minimum of 50% overnight travel.
• May occasionally work evenings and/or weekends.
