Sales Executive

About the Role:
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth for the ONE OPIS business in the Latin America territory. This includes identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and exceeding sales targets. The role requires a strong understanding of the chemical industry, including industry trends, business processes, and key competitors. Ideal candidates will have 4-7 years' sales experience in the petroleum, refining, chemical, or related technical industry. Fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize profitable company sales revenue growth within the assigned territory.
- Identify, qualify, negotiate, and close renewals and new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies for customers in conjunction with sales & business leadership.
- Work with Product Management to ensure proper positioning of complex solutions.
- Monitor performance-to-plan throughout the execution year and adjust direction and sales initiatives as needed to exceed sales quota.
Requirements:
- English (verbal and written) proficiency required.
- 4-7 years' sales experience in the petroleum, refining, chemical, or related technical industry.
- Willingness to learn about all new ONE OPIS products and services.
- Understanding of the chemical industry, including industry trends, business processes, industry financial measurements, and key competitors.
- Applied consultative and value selling methodology using a deep understanding of the client's needs, challenges, and goals.
