Distributor Sales Manager

Ecolab, a leading provider of comprehensive chemical products and solutions, seeks an experienced Distributor Sales Manager - Territory Growth Specialist to join its sales team in Mexico.
Estimated Salary:$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the RoleThis outside sales position offers a unique opportunity to drive sales growth in the Institutional division, serving customers across the foodservice and hospitality industries. As a Territory Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing established distributors, providing recommendations on advanced cleaning and sanitation processes, and delivering high-growth targets.
Key Responsibilities- Search and develop new distributor opportunities
- Drive sales focused on independent accounts
- Maintain and enhance relationships with distributors and Ecolab personnel
- Liaise with multiple distribution partners in Mexico to deliver high growth targets
- Train distributor sales representatives on Ecolab products through effective sales techniques
- Present ongoing Executive Business Reviews to key distribution partners
- Travel between 40-50% of the time within the country
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- At least 3 years of Sales experience or completion of inside sales development program
- Previous experience working with distributors and in the hotel and restaurant industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to be on call during off hours and weekends
- English proficiency and a valid driver's license
