Responsibilities
----------------

* Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Operate the telephone switchboard station and manage multiple lines simultaneously
* Process guest requests for wake-up calls, screening calls, and other services
* Monitor busy or unanswered lines and offer to take messages
* Receive, record, and relay messages accurately and completely
* Activate/deactivate guest room message lights as needed
* Instruct guests on how to access the internet and transfer them to the provider's customer support line if necessary
* Test communications equipment to ensure it is working properly
* Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs
* Contact the appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
* Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction

Requirements
------------

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous customer service experience preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Physical stamina to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
