Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and exceed sales revenue targets
- Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet or exceed their sales performance goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Sales Operations, to identify and execute demand generation programs and sales skills training initiatives
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Nextiva's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices, sharing knowledge and insights with the team to drive continuous improvement in sales skills and product knowledge
- 5+ years of high-performance leading Direct Sales teams in a SaaS, general technology, or telecommunications environment
- Demonstrated prior success in driving sales revenue growth, team performance, and sales process improvement
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, manage sales teams, and drive business results
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
